BMW Revealed the 3 Series GT.Which is the third model in new 3 series line up after the 3 series sedan and Touring.BMW 3 series GT takes design inspiration from the BMW 5 series GT.BMW is always a company which think out of the box and the GT version is one of the inventions by the Bavarian Company.In the styling BMW engineers have given some changes to make the 3 series GT different.Kidney Grill is bigger and much more pronounced.Size of the Head Lamps have grown and front bumper is more sculpted with Large Intakes.Hood get two lines one points to the BMW Logo and other to the head lamps.On the side BMW 3 series GT follows the 5 series GT.Roof line is very Aero dynamic and boot attachment is perfect.New LED treatment on the Tail Lamps and Dual Exhaust Pipe continues the sporty Look to the Rear also.
New BMW 3 Series GT is Longer,Taller and More spacious than the 3 series sedan and Touring.BMW 3 series GT measures 4.8 M in length,1.8 M wide and 1.4 M tall.BMW increased the wheel base for 3 series GT to 2920 mm.Increase of 110 mm over the sedan.Boot space also increased on 3 Series GT Model.Which now has 520 L of boot space.On the Interior 3 series GT follows the 3 series sedan.But ride height is high.Because of the increased wheel base 3 Series GT is more spacious than both sedan and Touring.legroom is improved by 70 mm.
BMW 3 series GT is powered by the same engines that power the 3 series sedan and Touring models.2 diesel engines and 3 petrol engines.

Power is transmitted to the rear wheels using 6 speed manual gearbox or 8 speed automatic gearbox.BMW will also introduce a M sport package for 3 series GT which includes a aerodynamic kit,18 inch alloy wheels,shadow line trim and sporty tuned suspension.Like the 3 series family members new BMW 3 series GT is also offered in Luxury,Comfort and Sport trims.BMW will officially Unveil the 3 series GT in the 2013 Geneva Autoshow.We can expect the BMW 3 series GT to arrive in India on 2014.
